Administrator Position

This position is part time - $15/hour

OM Media is hiring a part time Administrative Assistant to help with our daily tasks! Please see our requirements below:

 

- At least 1 to 2 years of administration/office work

 

-Invoicing

-Generate potential leads


-Delivering emails to clients


-Book travel arrangements/ appointments


-Arrange and submit expense reports
 

-Provide general support to customers
 

-Prepare and monitor invoices
 

-Write letters and emails on behalf of other staff
 

-Basic financial reports
 

-Basic Marketing and posting on social media
 

-The ability to work 90% remote
