How much do your photography and video services cost?

Pricing depends on what you need (photo, video, drone, social content). Typical real estate photo sessions start around $225-$1500, and video tours begin at $575. All packages include edited, high-resolution digital files; additional options (twilight photos, drone, social media teasers, extra edits) can be added. Our commercial shoots our pricing is based on half-day ($1300) and full-day ($2200) rates to give you flexibility. We provide clear deliverable counts and optional add-ons like social media reels, drone shots, or twilight content.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes. Although we are based in Doylestown, PA and serve Bucks County, Philadelphia, the Main Line, New Jersey shore towns, and NYC — we often travel globally for our clients. Travel fees are discussed upfront so you are aware of the costs involved.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Standard real estate photography is delivered the next business day. Commercial photo projects are 4-6 weeks (highly dependent on complexity of the editing process). Video and large projects may take 6-8 weeks depending on scope and timeline flexibility.

How do licensing rights work?

You’ll receive full rights to use the final images and video in your marketing, websites, MLS, social media, and print. OM Media will retain full ownership of the content & usage for portfolio , promo purposes, unless negotiated otherwise. An additional creative fee will be included for any billboard marketing.

What happens if the weather is bad or the shoot needs to be rescheduled?

If conditions (rain, snow, excessive clouds etc.) affect the quality of outdoor images/videos, we’ll work with you to reschedule. Client & photographer both coordinate best time. We do not hold dates without a deposit so our photographers do not miss a day of work.

Yes — we build and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, and we nurture them with automated follow-up systems powered by our a custom built CRM.
